We currently ship across France and select EU countries. For special delivery requests, contact us before placing your order.

2. Shipping Time & Fees

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days within France

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on product size and location.

3. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

4. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please email us at support@growzy.fun within 48 hours with photos and your order number.


Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Growzy products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return.

1. Return Conditions

  • Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

2. How to Return

Email support@growzy.fun with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
